Artist Reception and Public Exhibition, Thursday May 11, 4-7pm
The Artist’s Reception and Public Exhibition sponsored by Shaw Communications, is a chance for the public to meet the 200+ Artists who donate original works to the CNIB’s Eye Appeal Art Event gala which takes place the next day, Friday May 12.

The Artists’ Reception and Public Exhibition is an opportunity to view one of largest public exhibitions of art and to celebrate sight. More so, it is an opportunity to acknowledge the generousity of over 200 locally and internationally renowned artists, as well as various sponsors and volunteers. Through their contributions, the CNIB Eye Appeal Art Event has raised over $1.5 million to fund programs for more than 5000 residents on Vancouver Island who are blind or partially sighted.
